Houston UU Network

The Houston Unitarian Universalist Network consists of members of the eight UU congregations in the Houston metropolitian area. If you are searching for a religious home we invite you to attend one of our services.

Unitarian Universalism is a religion that evolved out of Christian and Jewish traditions, dating back 500 years to the Protestant Reformation. We find religious inspiration from not one, but many spiritual sources. In our services you'll hear us refer to the Bible and other sacred texts as well as the works of Henry David Thoreau and Ralph Waldo Emerson.

There have been many famous Unitarian Universalists over the years including President John Adams, Astronaut Laurel Salton Clark, Actor/Director Christopher Reeve, and Writers Robert Fulghum and Kurt Vonnegut. Our faith has historic roots in Europe and America.
